Yes! Shipping is free as long as it is within the United States. Extra charges will apply for subscribers out of the country.

Unfortunately, no. But all of our bandanas look great, so there’s no need to worry! You’ll get awesome compliments from friends and other dogs, family and people passing by.

For customer convenience, all plans auto-renew and all renewals occur on the 1st or 15th of each month (whichever comes first) until you cancel. When a plan is purchased, your account will be charged, we will ship your bandana on either the 1st or 15th of the month, whichever comes first. You will then be renewed again the following monthly day.

For example, if you purchase a 3-month plan on January 7th, we will ship your bandana on January 15th, and your next renewal will be charged on April 15th. For additional questions, please feel free to email us. [email protected]

Once a plan has been purchased, your first bandana will either ship out on the 1st of the month or 15th of the month, whichever comes first. Shipping takes 1-3 days via United States Post Office (USPS).

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or make exchanges for any products you received. Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us.

Of course! If you cancel a three-month or six-month subscription during your second month, you will receive your remaining bandana’s on the third month. This is also the best method to purchase a short term gift for someone.
